Page Design

I know, I know. For each post so far, there has been a new blog design. I'm a web designer by trade, so working with someone else's mark up is proving itself to be quite.... agitating.

I finally had to resort to the tried and true "Just slap a cool looking picture of your kids in the background, and keep the rest simple" type layout. I added the part about the kids...

But it pains me to let myself use such a massive background image. It's such a cop out.  But, it's all this dumb editor will let me do.

I suppose I could analyze the css of this layout and slap some custom junk in there, but it'll break the moment they make any changes to the markup. So I'm stuck with an old school looking blog. I guess it's not that bad. My kids DO look awesome!
